All our personnel have signed a non-disclosure agreement where they commit themselves to not taking any images out of the workplace or use it for any other purposes than for the job you require. Our entire equipment is also protected by firewall for inbound and outbound security and we use the latest antivirus protection in every computer.

Absolutely not. We guarantee that all your images will be destroyed after completion of work and we will not use, sell or share any of them with third parties without consent.

Just email the best quality version of your art work that you have or if you have huge amount of work, we will give you FTP details for file transmission. FTP or File Transfer Protocol is something used to transfer files over the Internet, from one computer/server to another.

Just about anything you want. We’ll send a gif and an EPS file but if you request it we’ll also send any of the following file formats: AI, EPS, TFF, BMP, PDF, JPG, GIF, WMF. All files sent by email or FTP.

No, if you have any corrections to be made because we have misunderstood your instructions or if it is an error on our part, it will be done free of cost. New minor corrections are also done free of charge. Corrections on your part, if time consuming will be costed as per our hourly cost. Corrections as a result of misunderstood instructions are done free of charge. Further alterations and design enhancement will be charged according to the per hour pricing.

We try our best to serve our regular Clients. We offer Flat rate, Fixed and tight TAT, Bank transfer facility.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity level of your images and the quantity. We let you know the turnaround time along with the quotation once we receive your images. Generally we provide 24 Hours TAT. Please let us know whichever TAT you need. Here is our basic turnaround time: 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours.

All the design professionals at Clyde Pixel are specially trained and they are working on the same field for several years. Moreover, we check all images more than two times before sending to the client. We never use an automated tool such as Magic Wand which may be able to remove background very quickly but we feel that perfect quality background removal is only possible by using the Pen Tool in Photoshop.

You don't need to pay before your job is finished. You pay once you receive the completed images and are happy with the quality.

Once a batch of work is completed, we send you an invoice (if needed). We accept payment through PayPal so you can pay with your PayPal account, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo or Direct Debit. You can also transfer money to our bank account.

if you send us regular work, we don't ask you to pay on every job, instead you can pay monthly. In that case we maintain just one invoice with all the different job details. Each time you place an order, we make an entry to the invoice with all its details including date, batch number, quantity, job description, price etc. So when you make a payment, you can take a look at the invoice to see weather everything is okay. In this case we prefer bank account.
